Structure & Working Principle
(1) Core Structure
Bridge Body: High-strength welded steel with anti-slip checkered plates. Typical size 6–12m (L) × 1.8–2.2m (W), load capacity 3–10 tons.
Hydraulic Lifting System: Pump, cylinders, and valves for smooth lifting, range 1.2– 1.8m to suit various trucks. Mobility & Support System: Equipped with wheels for movement; support legs with anti-slip pads ensure stability. Guardrails & Safety Devices: Guardrails, anti-fall chains, and emergency stop functions provide reliable protection.
(2) Working Principle
After the truck parks, the ramp lip is lowered onto the truck bed. The bridge is adjusted to the right height, creating a smooth passage for forklifts. Once operations fnish, the ramp is lowered, legs retracted, and it can be moved to the next point.
