Structural Features
1. Installation Method: Directly installed on the front edge of the loading dock, mounted onto the dock edge without excavation or pre-reserved pits.
Typically applied in situations where dock space is limited, or where no pit was reserved during the early construction stage, serving as a remedial solution.
2. Components: Generally composed of a back plate, main deck, and lip plate. The main deck is connected to the back plate via the first hinge, while the lip plate is connected to the main deck via the second hinge.
The height adjustment range is limited, usually within ±150mm.
Not suitable for operations involving vehicles with large height differences.
The customized load capacity is generally within 3 tons, which is lower than that of traditional dock levelers.
Therefore, it is not ideal for handling heavy-duty goods.
