As a key piece of equipment, the external frame dock leveler plays an indispensable role in various scenarios, significantly enhancing both efficiency and safety during loading and unloading operations. The following section provides an in-depth analysis of its characteristics.

Working Principle

When a truck docks at the platform, the external frame dock leveler comes into play. If the platform is equipped with lifting functions, its height can be precisely adjusted through hydraulic or airbag power systems, ensuring seamless alignment with the truck bed and eliminating height differences.

For example, a hydraulic dock leveler uses a hydraulic pump to press hydraulic oil into the cylinder, driving the platform to rise or lower. Its adjustment range is highly fexible — the standard leveler typically offers a vertical adjustment of up to ±300 mm, while specially designed models can reach up to ±450 mm. This adaptability allows it to accommodate different truck models and dock heights. Subsequently, handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.) can directly drive onto the platform and enter the truck compartment for cargo loading and unloading, enabling effcient and convenient cargo transfer.

"Dynamic load" refers to the load when the platform board is carrying cargo and the forklift is moving on the platform.
"Static load" refers to the load when the platform is in a reset/closed state and the forklift is moving on the platform.
Anti-Corrosion Process: Shot blasting + electrostatic powder coating + high-temperature baking finish.
